The foundations of Aydınlı Group were laid with opening of the first shop in Fatih under the name of "Aydınlı Yerli Mallar".


In 1970s, the growth accelerated with the beginning of multi-storey merchandising, whole-sale of women's and men's products under Aydınlı brand, establishment of the first workshop and reaching 200 dealers.


In 1989, AYDINLI HAZIR GİYİM SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. was founded and its production facilities equipped with the latest technological opportunities of the time started its production activities in 1990.


1990s are a milestone in the history of the group due to international agreements concluded in this period. The contracts concluded with Pierre Cardin in 1993, Cacharel in 1995 and U.S. Polo Assn. in 1997 accelerated the growth of the group.


In 2000s, the group reflected its success in Turkey to international arena, had all the corners in the markets of nearby regions with its brands and started a merchandising attempt in Turkey and abroad.


Being attentive towards universal values by adopting quality service principle, carrying out production activities with environmental consciousness and structuring its organization in world standards with a customer-oriented working system, Aydınlı Group moved its success in ready-to-wear sector to construction sector and broke the ground in Turkey with Solarkent project by generating electricity from solar power.  Consolidating its presence in this sector with Koru Florya project and bringing a new perspective to housing sector with Vadi İstanbul, Aydınlı Group continues providing added value to national economy with its investments in textile, ready-to-wear retailing and construction sectors and its new projects.


The first brand incorporated by the group in 1993, Pierre Cardin is a ready-to-wear brand founded in France in 1950. Offering functionality and variety with its collections designed for remarkably chic, gentleman, stylish men interested in healthy life and sports, Pierre Cardin has become the lodestar of self-confident men socializing with an appreciable elegance in every environment, by combining quality and comfort with its strength and expertise in design.


The past of Cacharel incorporated by the group in 1995 dates back to 1962. It is regarded as a symbol of elegance, modernism and the art of grace in the world. Cacharel embraces a simple but quality appearance supporting chic stance with functional details and differing in design. The brand is the indispensable choice of the men who are self-confident, free, traveler, fond of exploring and attaching importance to quality and sophisticated design hidden in details at the same time.


Founded in the U.S. in 1890, the U.S. Polo Assn. is the representative of the polo sport in the U.S. and Canada.
